What we collect
When you send a contact, booking or corporate request through this website, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, dates, group details and your message. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use it only to answer your request and arrange your stay, meeting or event. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored securely in our website's database and are accessible only to hotel staff who handle reservations and enquiries.

Cookies
This site stores your language preference and your measurement choice in your browser so it can show you the right version next time and remember your answer. It does not use advertising cookies and does not share anything with advertising networks.
Website measurement
We measure how the site is used with our own tool, on our own database — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracker. Measurement only starts if you accept it in the banner, and it records: the page viewed, the language, whether the device is a phone or a computer, the website or campaign you arrived from, and which actions happened (call button, booking flow steps, request or order submitted). It never records your IP address, your name, your form content, or any identifier that could follow you to another website. A random session number is kept in your browser tab only and disappears when you close it.
Changing your mind about measurement
Decline in the banner and nothing is recorded. If you already accepted, clearing your browser's site data for this site removes the stored choice and the banner appears again. Measurement data is kept in aggregate for hotel reporting and is never sold or shared.
